STRIA account & data deletion

Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open STRIA on your device.
2. Go to Home → Your profile (or open Profile from Home).
3. Scroll to Delete account and data and confirm.

This sends a verified request using your in-app account session. Our servers delete your Supabase auth user, profile, look credits, and credit ledger. Local saved styles and caches on that device are cleared.

What we delete on our servers

• Anonymous Supabase auth user and session
• Profile row, look credit balance, and look credit transactions
• Saved hairstyle rows linked to your user (if present)

What may be retained (anonymized)

Purchase event records may be kept without your user id attached, with personal webhook payloads redacted, for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Remaining credits are forfeited when your account is deleted.

Third parties we do not delete for you

• Google Play billing and purchase history
• RevenueCat customer records (the app logs out locally only)
• PostHog analytics events already collected (when analytics is enabled)
• AI providers (Google Gemini / OpenAI) — processed only when you use AI features

If you cannot open the app

Email privacy@stria.app with the subject Deletion request. Include your STRIA Account ID if you noted it from Profile before uninstalling. We may need additional verification for anonymous accounts.
